About Me
Christine works with adults and couples who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or life transitions. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to therapy and is known for being thoughtful, supportive, and easy to talk to. Christine believes no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone, and she strives to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood.
Christine helps clients explore the patterns that may be holding them back while building coping skills, self-esteem, and greater self-awareness. Her approach is collaborative and grounded, blending evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful, sustainable change. Whether clients are working through personal challenges or relationship concerns, Christine focuses on helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Christine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana State University and her Master’s in Social Work from IUPUI, with a focus on mental health and addiction. She understands that life doesn’t always fit neatly into a weekday schedule and offers weekend appointments to help make therapy more accessible.
In sessions with Christine, clients often find a caring partner who listens without judgment and supports them as they work toward growth, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
