Zulma Flores

Billing Assistant

Zulma Flores is the Billing Assistant at Changing Tides Counseling and supports clients with billing questions and insurance-related needs. She works behind the scenes to help clients access and afford care by filing insurance claims, addressing rejected or denied claims, and communicating with insurance companies when issues arise.

Zulma understands that insurance and billing can be stressful, and she works to take as much of that pressure off clients as possible. With a background in human resources, she brings strong organization and attention to detail to her role and values being part of the support system that allows clients to focus on their care.

Zulma holds a Bachelor of Science degree from IUPUI and is an integral part of the Changing Tides team.
