About Me

Jaimie Kline works with clients of all ages. As an intern therapist, she is continuing to grow her experience, with much of her work so far focused on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She takes a client-centered approach, prioritizing safety, authenticity, and collaboration. Jaimie believes that clients know their own lives best, so she walks alongside them with encouragement and support as they work toward growth.

Jaimie’s goal is to bring compassion, understanding, encouragement, humor, and accountability into the therapy room. She believes that while life and healing can be challenging, they can also be meaningful, hopeful, and even enjoyable. She strives to create a space that reflects that balance.

Before joining Changing Tides, Jaimie worked with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges at the Ascension/St. Vincent Stress Center. She has additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, suicide prevention (CALM, QPR, and AMSR), and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy.

Outside of therapy, Jaimie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids, doing puzzles, rewatching early 2000’s TV and movies, and getting lost in a good book whenever she can. A few of her favorite things include coffee, true crime shows like Dateline, and her two pets—Rizzo the husky and Beans the mischievous orange cat.
