About Me

Jessica Krause works with adult clients navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship or family concerns.. She brings a steady, compassionate presence to therapy and is known for being calm, non-judgmental, and easy to talk to, especially when clients are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn.

Jessica has extensive experience in child welfare and crisis intervention and currently leads a mobile crisis team at a community agency. She has spent many years supporting individuals and families through high-stress, high-risk situations, which has shaped her ability to remain grounded, thoughtful, and supportive in difficult moments. Jessica believes people deserve to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment, particularly when they are struggling the most.

Jessica earned her Master of Social Work with a focus on children, youth, and families and has worked in both direct service and leadership roles within the child welfare system. Her approach to therapy is compassionate and practical, helping clients feel safe while working toward clarity, stability, and meaningful change.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and embracing new adventures whenever she can.
