About Me

Life can feel overwhelming at times-especially when you’re navigating anxiety, relationship changes, life transitions, or past experiences that still feel heavy. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Laura works with teens and adults, creating a space that feels collaborative, relaxed, and free of judgment. Her style is conversational and genuine, with a focus on helping clients feel comfortable being themselves. She believes that you are the expert on your own life, and her role is to support, reflect, and walk alongside you as you figure out what healing and growth look like for you.

Laura has experience in community mental health and private practice settings and has training in trauma-informed care. She also enjoys incorporating creative elements into sessions, such as art and play-based techniques, when it feels helpful—while always tailoring the approach to each individual client.

Laura commonly supports clients with anxiety, life transitions, relationship changes, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. She works primarily with teens and adults, and may also see some younger clients as a good fit.

Outside of the therapy room, Laura enjoys coffee, pottery, crochet, spending time with her two dogs (Oscar and Luna), and exploring Broad Ripple with her wife.

“You can do hard things—you’ve done them before, and you can do it again.”
