We will then give you information on the potential cost of therapy so you are prepared. Next, we'll give you options for a therapist who understands anxiety. Once identified, we'll connect you and therapist you choose via email, text or phone (your choice). Your therapist will reach out normally within 24 hours and schedule an appointment for you. Do you need a more urgent appointment? Just let us know. We can work to get you in ASAP. Once your appointment is set up, our staff will send you paperwork to complete online. You'll complete this before your appointment, upload any insurance cards, place a credit card on file and then you're all set.
