Maya Longe, MSW, LSW
Maya specializes in supporting teens and adults at various stages of life who are navigating stressors, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, body image challenges, and self-esteem concerns. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Maya is a licensed social worker in Indiana, bringing her expertise to clients with care and dedication.
Maya’s therapeutic approach is warm, affirming, nonjudgmental, and inquisitive. She combines empathy, advocacy, and clinical skills to tailor her support to each client’s unique needs. Collaboration is central to her practice, whether helping clients build healthier relationships, overcome internal challenges, or set and achieve meaningful goals. Maya believes every client deserves a safe and supportive space to process their emotions, heal, and rediscover joy.
